Four programs of technical study visits will be organised by the TCP members, so as to foster common learning through exchanges on concrete successful experiences. The participants will be the technicians of the national DPs, that will be provided with an opportunity to encounter the key local actors (operators and decision-makers) related to business creation and territorial development. Business managers and policy-makers of Martinica will also participate in this activity.
