At least two working groups will be set up on various thematics, that will gather at least two members of the TCP. According to the thematic concerned, the working groups will consits in either an exchange of information and experiences or an importation – exportation of new approaches. The workshops will focus on the various methodologies adopted by the partners so as to :- Promote entrepreneurship- Support the unemployed business creators (presentation of the « couveuse » tool by the French partner)- Professionnalize the start-ups belonging to the third sector- Set up a network of business creators (as coordinator)- Develop thematic training courses in link with the potentialities and needs of a territoryThe use of the Information and Communcation Technologies will constitue a tranverse topic. The working group coordinated by Italy will cover the theme “Modals and contexts of training to business creation”.Each TCP member will potentially intervene on two counts : as a participant (participation to at least one working group) and as a coordinator. A Cd-Rom guide of best practices will be produced on the general topic “business creation on the various territories of the TCP”. The DPs will work in parallell on their territories and jointly during the transnational meetings (sharing of the production). Beyond the meetings planned, the partners will exchange information via e-mail and via the website.
