Responsible of this activity is COLLECTIVE + FRANCE ON EVALUATION
During the course of the project, five Steering and Evaluation committee meetings will gather the TCP members on a regular basis, with two objectives : 6.1. Monitoring of the project It will appreciate the course of the project by proceeding to the follow-up of the activities implemented, in order to carry out the corrective adjustments necessary. The monotoring of the project implies the definition of indicators of realization taking into account the calendar and the budget by activity. 6.2. Evaluation of the project The partners will engage in a process of self-evaluation of the transnational project, which consists in questionning the relevance of the objectives and the strategic choices in comparision to the stakes, the coherence of the means and activities implemented to achieve the set goals, and finally the effectiveness and efficiency of these means. An intermediate evaluation report will be produced, in order to identify the axes of progress and to readjust the monitoring of the project. The final evaluation will more specifically make it possible to analyze the impacts and the relevance of the project.
