The transnational meetings, organised in turn by every TCA member, constitute the heart of the transnational project. Each transnational meeting will proceed over three days, at a rate of one every six months and will include the following activities : thematic workshops, conference, study visit and steering committee.

December 2005 : Transnational meeting in Martinique (opening seminar)
June 2006 : Transnational meeting in Pragua (thematic seminar)
December 2006 : Transnational meeting in Greece (thematic seminar)
May 2007 : Transnational meeting in Milan (closing seminar, presentation of the first results of the final evaluation)

An additionnal introductory steering committee has been planned in September 2005 in Pragua.
