The transnational project is built around the identification of the problems common to each DP implied, namely the deficit in term of services and the difficulties of access to employement of the territories. In response to these problems, the partners developed a strategy of dynamization and diversification of the local economic through the creation of companies by people in situation of precariousness, especially women and young unemployed.
The territorial level of implementation of the projects is the group of rural districts. The diversification of the activities go through the valorization of the potentialities of the territories - especially the valorization of the natural resources (landscapes) and cultural resources (heritage)- and that of the social needs of the inhabitants. Touristic and social services constitute potential levers for the development and a strong axis of the projects, in which the training organizations and the representatives of the economic world are closely associated.
The global transnational strategy suggested within the framework of the project aims at the opening of the process of creation of companies to all, by supporting the promotion of the entrepreneuriat and the knowledge of new opportunities for employment. It consists in exchanging on the methods, the tools and the practices of intervention in favour of the creation of companies in rural areas, with a view to to enrich the contents of the national projects.

The Italian and the Greek DP will end their national and transnational activities at the end of June 2007. The French and the Czech DP will be able to continue until the end of December 2007 (communication, evaluation and technical secretariat).
